Hi, I’m Nick! I am the owner and loan officer at Full Spectrum Capital.  I hold a bachelors of science in corporate finance and have over 15 years of experience in real estate lending, insurance and financial planning.  My family, helping people realize their financial goals, and building wealth through real estate are what get me out of bed in the morning.

My team and I started Full Spectrum Capital in January of 2020 after many years of working in a system that incentivizes profits and increasing shareholder wealth over truly helping people.  After much research and first-hand experience we realized that the independent broker model allows for the creation of a truly client-focused mortgage, insurance and overall financial experience.   Here are the reasons why:
